Previous clients returning to us is especially rewarding but it is also humbling. Having the privilege of building 7 offices for Dr. Jain, averaging 2 new dental offices per year, he expected the very best from us. We welcomed the new opportunity to deliver just that.

After Dr Jain graduated from the University of Michigan school of Dentistry we had collaborated on his first office and over the years that followed became his trusted construction partner. This time, after leasing space in a standalone building, our challenge was turning an old but terrific location into an all-new dental clinic. An out-of-state partner was preparing to make it his new, professional, full-time home when it was completed.

Doing so revealed the need to address major issues before construction could begin. Starting with drainage was no longer operational due to rusted out water lines. We worked with utility companies to get new gas, water and sewage lines. Major work that necessitated cutting open the street in the middle, assisted by local police redirecting traffic. We were rewarded with a new clinic that serves the dentists well and makes just the right impression on all who visit.
