This new clinic would be built in an old but still existing dental office whose home was an old house. When the owner decided to sell the building, Dr. Salem seized the opportunity to expand his neighboring practice and turned to us.

On the surface, the task was straightforward but before construction could begin, many issues had to be resolved. This entailed working through many meetings with municipal and county Zoning/Planning officials to gain approval to merge the lots into a single commercial space. Then we could build an entirely new office. Once permits were in hand, we got to work.

The old dental office was 1500 sq ft but the new building would be three times that size. At 4500 sq ft, incorporating the existing dental office into the new design. We had the added challenge of building while not disturbing patients. We’re experienced in doing that, and much of the work was done over nights and weekends. The existing practice became part of the new building and the before and after pictures reveal the story of the completion of a remarkably successful project.
