Having recently moved to the area, Dr Shah needed help finding the right space. We had been referred to Dr Shah’ by a colleague for whom we had built 12 practices. Our first step was to recommend a real estate agent to assist in his search.

We designed and recommended all of the finishes for his office and made certain they aligned with his vision. He gave us pictures of practices he admired, told us that he preferred royal colors of golds and blues, and shared his plan to buy the existing practice of a retiring neighborhood dentist and combine all patients to his new dental office. This meant he needed room for growth for years to come. We prepped 4 rooms as future treatment rooms.

With construction of the dental office completed, eager patients immediately filled his schedule, and it wasn’t long before he asked to coordinate with the dental equipment company to install new equipment in two of the now needed future treatment rooms. Dr Shah’s wife is also a dentist, the hunt is underway looking for space for a second office and we can’t wait to get started.
